First, I went to change my plan from normal to a new subscription, but it tells me to change my store region , and I am my USD account, and I have never had a problem like this before
I tried the customer service conversation, but it didn't help me and I feel that it doesn't help me with anything unless my problem is solved. I tried to renew from Xbox and Microsoft

If your account region doesn't match your physical location, it can cause issues with purchasees. If you're in a region that's not supported, then you won't be able to purchase certain things.
