I try launch Forza horizon 5 on remote play and the whole digital controller layout doesn’t come up now unsure why

When I wait too long for remote play to try and connect to my Xbox it just says can’t connect try again later

When you say digtail controller layout i assume you mean touch controls? Touch controls are only supported on selected games Try using safari and make sure its updated. Also make sure you not mistakenly disabled it in settings

There’s touch controls on Remote Play. For Cloud Gaming, only selected games have touch controls.

But your issue isn’t touch controls coming up, it’s that you’re not connecting?

What it is the gamepass account is pinned on my brothers on the Xbox and I don’t have access to that account anyway but when I log in on the Xbox console on my main account the gamepass is shared to other accounts including my main one and I try connecting that to remote play to play Forza because I can’t log in the gamepass account on cloud gaming bc it’s not my account, so the touchpad was working a week ago when I was using it to play Forza on my phone chrome safari wherever I used remote play for Xbox and now it isn’t if you understand what I mean

Point is though what I’m trying to explain the problem is the touchpad controls for remote play all of a sudden stop working and it had nothing to do with gamepass being shared from another account that owns it because I could launch Forza on my phone and play it with the touch controls and they disappear now when I launch any game to add on

so you can connect to the xbox, you see the dashboard and have touch controls. but when you select a game, the touch controls disappears?
