Microsoft Store, Minecraft Launcher, and XBOX Sign IN Windows Hello

I cant login into my Microsoft Store account, my minecraft launcher/minecraft account, and my XBOX account. when I press sign in on all three apps, it says "Windows Hello" and then shows me a different email not assiocated to my emails/account and a random outlook email made by different letters/numbers. I need help to recover my Xbox, Microsoft Store, and minecraft launcher accountu

What i tried to do: I tried to sign in on all three apps, and it says a Window Hello message, and shows me a randomized email and a randomized outlook email (microsoft) which i never made an outlook email until yesterday.

What happened: It said a code has been sent to them, or the ,password for the account but i dont know what outlook email or gmail is that connected to my account

What i tried to do to fix it: I tried to switch emails for my minecraft account so its on mine so that i can get the codes, and all that, but minecraft made me make a new gamer tag and now I dont know what to do since I wanted to make a different email for the minecraft account

Erorr Code: i dont think its an error code, but more on a recovery problem.

xbox only has ai support now, so i contacted microsoft and they said wait and havent gotten it

while minecraft said they cant help because they dont got access to the microsoft so
