Xbox One S won’t boot - starts for a second, fan spins briefly, then shuts off

Hi, I bought an used Xbox 1S and it suddenly stopped working. It powered on normally for about 6 hours, then shut off by itself. After that, it would show the Xbox logo for a moment and turn off again. Now it only makes the startup beep, the fan spins for 1-2 seconds, and the console shuts off with no signal on the TV.

Sometimes the Xbox light turns on, sometimes it doesn’t. When it happened first, shaking the console once made it boot earlier for once, but not anymore.

What could be the most likely hardware issue? PSU failure? Power delivery problem? Bad solder joints?
