#Discord and Xbox account

I have a question.
When I make YouTube videos, this isn't an ad, mind you, but since I linked my Discord account and someone calls me, I see the notification, and this happened to me during a live stream, and I would like to know if the “do not disturb” feature on Discord works, or if I have to disable Discord call notifications, but where do I do that? Also, for Xbox messages and invitations, I know I can enable and disable them, but is there an option to only notify you when your friends invite you and send you a message, instead of everyone?
And also, I know this is a lot, but is it possible to set it so that you don't accept friend requests from others, so there are no notifications, and if you want to be friends, you have to do it yourself, like Discord for friend requests?
Thank you for your answers.

@bitter steeple Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.

To help us help you, make sure to answer:

  • What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
  • **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
  • Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)

If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.

FYI on your console at just about any moment you can access the Xbox Support app and get help with information about Xbox related topics.

To do this simple press the guide button on your controller and then press the menu (start) button and opt to select the “Xbox Support” option shown.

As for the account settings. You can look over the information on the following links pertaining to account safety settings and account system notifications.

https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-online-safety-and-privacy-settings-xbox-one

https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/settings-updates/pop-up-notifications

All of that information can be found in the Xbox support app I mentioned that’s built in on your Xbox consoles interface. (I don’t believe it is available for the xbox360 console though.)

Likely for discord you would have to adjust your privacy setting on their platform. I’d assume the deactivation of the call notification on their end would work to block them on the Xbox as well.

Yeah, you’re probably right. I’d have to look deeper on how the discord app functions across the integration on the Xbox.
