So for some reason, xbox game pass has always had abyssmal download speeds for me. I'm talking ranging around 0Bps (yes, 0) to 130 or so Mbps when i normally get about 500-690 (tested on steam and a bunch of speed tests). I've tried what feels like everything to fix it. Help me, please. Im desperate lol
Ive tried delivery optimization stuff that I've seen online (and tampering with bandwith % allocation to background and foreground downloads within the delivery optimization settings)
