Can't load Call of Duty Black Ops 7 on app, tried to download other games but they won't download.

Hey there! I activated a free month of Xbox game pass that I got and downloaded black ops 7. Downloaded and then tried to run it and at the 48% mark it pops up and error and says it crashed.

I tried to download a different game to see if it was the game pass issue but now games won't even let me download.

I looked up every single possible fix online and did it all. I've deleted and redownloaded the xbox app, updated my windows and my drivers, changed some things in device manager and services on my PC and still have no luck.

Please help as the only reason I activated my free trial was to try out Bo7 and see if I like it. Kids are going to bed soon and I'd love to hop on with the boys.
