I bought minecraft for my friend as a gift. we spent 3hrs trying to install bedrock from the microsoft store, nothing worked. I wanna have a refund since this is completely not a customer fault. I just want to at least talk to a real person from xbox support team and not the AI chat bot, spent 3days jumping around minecraft support and xbox support, just please at least give your customer a reasonable answer.
