#I can’t get back into my Xbox account

I haven’t played my Xbox in about a year. I go to get back on it and it says I need a password to log back into my account. I can’t figure out the password at all. I don’t have access to the old email anymore and I don’t have the phone number linked to the email anymore. Can someone please help me I have so much money put into the account I cannot lose it.
