Hey so I play games such as MW1/2/3 Black ops 1-2 on my series X. I game shared with a friend and now when I try to play these games it says “This profile can’t connect to Xbox live on this console. To fix it, download it again”

I’ve reset my console, still doesn’t work

To be more clear, these games are Xbox 360 Games and it’s not letting me sign into the 360 Xbox live account
