Inside of Minecraft it won’t let me change my gamer tag and it’ll say that it can’t open the page.

Could I get a live staff member to communicate with over DM’s or something to make this much more efficient or send a email to Xbox itself and wait for a response?

you already asked this and the answer was mod mail and staff are not support. Anyone in the server can try to help. However

  1. you need to explain the issue with words or share any video
  2. contact Xbox Support via the link above
  3. you need to remember everyone here is a gamer like you and we may not know how to help. Xbox support are there for a reason and are trained to help

every single support with any company is AI you simply ask to talk to a human and select the options for that it is not hard to get though to someone providing its in opening hours
