Hi! Im using xbox app on PC and i want to launch a game, when I do it prompts me with this: "Use windows hello with your account".... I dont have access to that account anymore but theres no way to enter another email, what do i do??? Id love my account back but i dont think thats happening, I just want to enter my other xbox account so i can play

I went to launch call of duty and it prompted me with it. I also cant even open xbox app without it prompting it.

I restarted my pc multiple times, used the GamingRepairTool

Found nothing.
I can get in vc with someone to screenshare if needed, I seriously found nothing online so id be surprised if something was found here!

for switching accounts, you need to logged into the store on the same account as the xbox app.
