What the hacker did
(1) He got access to my account password in some way.
(2) He deleted my phone number from account. This is how i got to know about this.
(3) He then changed my mail to some russian domain.

What i have tried till now:
(1) I was able to get hold of the email address that the account is under now. I found it when i tried to log into my xbox account and it forced me to sign again with another email i don't know.
(2) I filled the form on the Microsoft ACSR website and was able to change the password of the account. The email is still not mine.
(3) I have been locked out as the hacker has enabled Microsoft Authenticator, so i cannot log back in. Only two ways of authenticating and they require me to either send a verification code to the changed email address (.ru) or authenticating using the application (Authenticator App) which only the hacker has access to. He can also change my password on his will.

Account is set for deletion in 90 days, ie, on 26th Jan 2026

You use your account information, unless for some reason you know the hacker's login. Follow the steps for recovering the account, and where you can't login, the next steps is to verify your identity.
