I have an xbox ultimate game pass ultimate subscription and trying to download gta 5 on my pc but when I click install error comes

. i am trying to download game from xbox app (pc) have xbox ultimate subscription , when i clicked on install error came on 0%

. i tried to fix it with youtube tutorials -"reset the app" ,"logged out then logged in","changed wify settings". but nothing changed
