About a week ago, my console started freezing up and disconnecting my controller after I open the dashboard or a few apps or clips, the Microsoft store fails to load sometimes, and nothing will install unless my console is turned off. I have factory reset my Xbox 4 times now, changed my network, unplugged the Xbox, and done pretty much everything I can find online to help the problem. I was on the phone with support earlier and other than just cleaning the thing, I really don’t know what to do anymore.
It seems like nobody online has ever had this problem. I had a lot of things queued just now, and none of them made progress on the installation, but I factory reset then magically everything was installed. I’m lost.
Doing these power cycles temporarily fixes the problem, but then randomly installations will come to a screeching halt, everything freezes up, and I have to reset the console again.
#Constant freezing, and console has to be off for games to install.

hm what i reccommend is bringing it to Somebody that knows About xboxs and knows how to fix them its something with the Xbox itself did you spill a drink or have anything nearby the xbox or anything....

yea then its most likly a Xbox problem it self or dust or something got inside of your xbox
