Xbox keeps flickering and giving me color glitches, how can I fix this.

Try changing your image mode on your TV to Game or Gaming.
It could be on movie, cinema, vivid or standard mode which may be messing with the intended display of the Series S. Also make sure your HDMI is connected securely, or even try a different HDMI port.
