#Xbox series x black flicker problem

I bought an Xbox Series X yesterday, when I set 4k 120hz, the screen starts to go black after a while. I use an HDMI 2.1 cable and my SAMSUNG QE55Q74D TV supports 120hz in 4k.

have you gone into the hdmi settings on the tv or tried another cable, if both are done and still issue it might be a port problem
