Hi, I've tried to redeem a £5 xbox voucher for a few weeks now and it never seems to go through. It said they'd email a code, I'd never receive it and then the points were back in my account a few seconds later. I was doing this on the xbox

I just downloaded the xbox app and that didn't work either. I then tried the website which told me my account had been suspended?
