#HOW do I contact support

I need to contact microsoft or xbox support for help with a hacked account and sign in issues. I can not find anything ANYWHERE on how to contact support directly. All I can find is account recovery forms or sign in helpers which have been useless. I can't just find an email or something like every single other website's support has. I have been trying to recover a hacked account for MONTHS and have STILL yet found a way to just talk to a real person.
