Yes and like we said, Premium is primarly for console, so most games will only be available on console unless they are Play Anywhere or you use cloud

There are 2 different versions of the game.
It shows them on the same page but only 1 is the kind on gp. And it is the console version.
You cannot download a console version to PC, but you can play it via cloud.

It did man. game pass actually let you know if the version is for console or PC. by looking at the div 2, I can tell that wildlands is a PC version and it says playable on PC too
