Bro I keep getting this Xbox one system update that I installed for the 4th time now and it still restarts and the update is still there so I reformatted the Xbox and downloaded the update and it's still there.

I wouldnt worry about that to much just enable automatic updates and it take care of everything for you.

I wanna send a picture but it won't let me
But I see it the moment I open the Xbox so after I reset the Xbox now it won't let me play offline without the update and I'm stuck with a console with the only function being (update)
After I update it verifies the update then takes a while restarting ends up not restarting and shutting down instead

Thanks for the help it works again but now all my games are not appearing expect 6 games

That’s a separate issue. Several users have reported library not loading fully today. A work around is searching for the game in the store and install/launch from there.
