It's been a couple of months I've tried to get back into my Xbox account two-step verification and 72 hours password changer is where it all started when you put your phone number in you get a code sent to you but when i tried to get the code to enter it would say sorry this way is not working try a different way I tried my email when it didn't work we contacted Microsoft Microsoft employee is hung up on me but would only take calls from my sister I wasn't being aggressive nor was I being abusive I tried asking them for help but they kept repeating the same lines fill out a recovery form the problem is the recovery information is outdated it's an old phone number and an old email I have no access to I have all the evidence that I own the account but I'm stuck in a loop because I can't get someone to manually review my account they've blocked my phone number and they logged me out of my email my email is an outlook and for some reason it says Hotmail I don't recognize that email and the Hotmail information is leading to a different phone number and a different email both are not mine I've tried to use old passwords to get back into my account and now I'm blocked and Microsoft logged me out of my Outlook email so I'm stuck with trying to get a $100,000 account back someone please help
