Cannot for the life of me register my controller.

The site to get a replacement claims i need to register my controller. Okay ill do that, when i register with the RIGHT pid number. It says “you have successfully registered your device” BUT IT DIDN’T DO JACK. Somebody please help me get to customer support or something
