#Xbox controller not responsive

My xbox controller when pushed upwards doesn’t actually push like it should. For example if im playing marvel rivals and i push forward on the stick, im moving as like im pushing it ever so slightly. Please tell me someone knows how to fix this. The controller isn’t even 6 months old

Stick drift if its only 6 months it might be in warranty
