I still have access to my microsoft account but not my email.

I can access my microsoft account/xbox account but lost access to the email.

I really want to change the email address but can’t without the email. I’d hate to lose my account because I need my old email sometime in the future.

Any tips? I tried changing it but Microsoft always gives it 30 days without updating me.
