#Help with 2K26 tech issue in MyCareer

Hi everyone I got 2k26 for my birthday (digital) on the Xbox1. I can play in MyCareer but I don’t have stores, like NBA store, Swag, tattoo parlor, barber. I tried to troubleshoot but nothing has worked. I tried to then refund but it was the 15th day out of 14smh. I have been reaching out to the support but it’s all chatbots no real person.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
