Hello, I’m hoping someone could help me? I have been playing on my Xbox account for years, however, the email address linked to the account is my dad’s very old email that he no longer has access to. My little brother tried logging onto my account and has blocked it, in order to unlock my account is requires the password for the email. Again, we know nothing about this email. I have tried getting the password reset, and I have tried reaching out to Microsoft support. But unfortunately I don’t know enough about this email. So my situation is that I’m locked out of my account, I don’t know the password to the email connected to my Xbox account, and I can’t reset that password because I don’t have enough information about it. Any advice on what I could do next would be greatly appreciated 🙂!
