Xbox captures having technical difficulties

I have seen its not only me but many different players who are having issues with xbox captures showing a frowny face and being difficult to work with and more time consuming to use clips i have tried deleting all my xbox captures both on storage and network and still no fix and when researching i have found many players are having the same issue it has been over a month and im sick of having to delete and reupload every single clip just so i can use my content this needs to be fixed
