Hi Xbox Support,

I want to start the 14-day Game Pass trial. I currently have $2.50 in my Microsoft account and do not have a card to pay with. I only want the trial and do not want it to auto-renew after 14 days.

Could you please confirm if my balance is enough to activate the trial and ensure that it won’t continue after the 14 days?
