#Xbox live account suspension

Hi. I have this issue when i try to use Xbox app on my PC (the one i currently am using). I tried finding the solution, and even contacted Microsoft support, but we were not able to fix this. So basically the issue is on THIS PC, i tried account on phone and it is working fine, i also do not have any restrictions or bans on account i am using. This account for Xbox app is also the same for Windows, and also same for Outlook email i am using just as same as for Microsoft account.

Here is the message from Xbox app> We can't sign you in because your account has been suspended from Xbox Live.

@woven mulch But as i explained, account is working, it is not banned, i have no strikes, and i can also access it from my phone. So my question was, is there some solution for this, or if this happened to anyone how can i check the reason, or undo this!?
