Hii, can someone help me? I was playing "Lego Marvel's avengers" and saw there was an add-on of Spiderman you can download and so I did and now when I load a save it's just a gray/black screen

I tried deleting the add-on and it's just the same

try to clear like cache of the game when you click manage game and add ons try clearing reserved space
it should be under game save data and then reserved space and see if it works
