Visual glitches on some next gen titles but not others

Hey, so my series X ever since borderlands 4 came out I have been having these little red and green pixels pop up on the screen that only happens during gameplay not during cutscenes or like in game menus or in my Xbox menu. This has now happened on outer worlds 2. I’ve tried other hdmi cords I have no tvs or monitors that do use 4k or have a way for me to change hdr and stuff like that. But I have noticed that the glitch is only on newer titles like the previous ones I mentioned but not on things like AC shadows. Or older titles like new Vegas. I would love some help to figure out what’s going on. I also noticed that it’s not there when I load it up through cloud gaming
