i lost access to the email my xbox acc used a LONG time ago. but now xbox is saying that theyve detected suspicious activity in my acc. so its saying i need to verify my email. meaning i cant log in. i COMPLETLY lost access to my email back then and im gonna cry. that acc has ALOT of things on it that i have mad and bought

If the account been inactive for 2 years, it'll be deactivated. But sounds like your account been compromised, so technically it's been active. Carefully complete the request recovery form. A reason request can be denied is the inform provided doesn't match account at all. I would also double check the suspicious activity email. It's a little odd you got an email for an account you already lost, email sounds like phishing.
