I need help. My game The Binding of Isaac was refunded out of nowhere, and then my Xbox Game Pass Core (Essentials) subscription was refunded as well. After that, I noticed that V-Bucks were purchased and refunded three times, which means I can’t request any more refunds for them.

I tried refunding the V-Bucks in Fortnite using the in-game refund tickets, but when I logged in, I found that I’d lost all my progress. My account was completely reset — all my skins are gone, and I’m back to level 1 as if I just started playing.

I’ve tried everything with Xbox Support, but the chatbot keeps giving useless answers. I really need help fixing this.
