Hey support team! I know it's not official but Before rejecting read this : There is no active suspension for me no strikes my account is so clear when i checked and i didn't receive any mail about it. I have no idea i just open xbox after a long time and this message is shown that i got suspended and not able to log in ? I want to know the reason if i really did anything against to guidelines or i want u to fix this issue cause i didn't receive any mail and also my enforcement is so clean. I hope you guys have any solution for this and help me how i can overcome this situation happened to me.
Atleast tell me where i can approach and resolve this issue

Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? - Yes but It is about enforcement and my enforcement page is so clean there is no active suspension listed and didnt get any info about it through mail

if thats the error you get when you sign in then make sure you signed into the enforcement site with the same account enforcement.xbox.com thats where you can see the infomation, they would have also sent a email and xbox live message
