My giftcard redeemed but the item currency doesnt work how to fix?

im on pc i have the app downloaded it says i have the item and stuff but i cant use the item currency how to fix?

Normally that means you redeemed a code with a other currency to your country your in.

You would need a gift card for your region ie if your in the USA USA dollar

Eneba doesn't guarantee that the code you get is from your region. It's unfortunately very common for people to get scammed this way by sellers on the site. A code there would still show as redeemed on your account, but be unusable by you bc you aren't in its playable region.
