My controller randomly stops working and I don’t know why, it takes multiple presses for the buttons to respond, and the controller won’t turn on after it has been turned off

I can’t find any results on google

I’ve tried turning it on and off but it stops working of course, since it can’t turn back on

What do you have the controller connected to? Are you using wired or wireless? Is the controller charged?

Have you already tried resyncing the controller to the Xbox?

I have yes, and last time I tried, it refused to sync multiple times before it would

For some reason plugging in my controller for a while fixes it? It don’t thing it’s a charging issue cause my controller very clearly says it’s fully charged

Either Xbox didn’t power cycle correctly. Or the wireless on the Xbox/controller is broken. If other controllers are working, then it’s the controller

I’ll probably just use the warranty to get a new one
