@south crane Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
im on a windows 11, i bought a card from eneba and redeemed the code it says "voltooid" which means used/done but i still havent gotten the robux on my account do i need to buy it personally or
This is the downside of buying from places like Eneba and G2A they're very well known for things like this - selling used codes, stolen codes or codes purchased with stolen cards. You could tray reaching out to their support, but might need to face that you''ve ost your money. It's not anything Xbox can assist with
it says ive redeememd it and its in my library but like how do i claim it?
Oh, sorry, I completely misread. I thought you meant you tried to redeem it but it said it was already used.
If you can se it in your library, you should just be able to click on it and install it. Otherwise you could search for it in the Xbox app / MS Store and install it from there.
is there like a video somewhere its my first time doing this lol
Using the Xbox app, for example, click on My Library on the left hand side and then look for your game.
Once you click on it, you should see an option to install. If there isn't an option, it may be that you have redeemed a code for an Console only game
its not a game its a currency
