#Subscribe to play? Xbox Cloud Wont work on pc help?

I bought Xbox cloud ultimate edition but i cant launch the games when i try launching for example ufc it says subscribe to play with cloud but i have the pass i dont understand if anybody have some pointers i would love to hear them
