installation stopped

hello my problem is that anytime i try downloading overwatch 2 it stops at a specific point then i get an error that says installation stopped this has been bugging me for a few months i contacted officail xbox support many times no one helped me and i reeset my xbox multiple times 3 times with my games and apps and 2 time remove everything and i know for a fact 100 percent its not a wifi issue there are other people facing this problem to im not the only one please if anyone has a solution tell me by dming me or by typing in this post
