I remember a while (probably around a year) ago, I was able to get a refund for my game pass subscription, which immediately took away my access and gave me a prorated refund a few days later. Is this still possible to do? My game pass renewed on October 16th, which I would assume is still enough time to refund it, but when I’ve tried checking online, it’s only showing me how to cancel it. Microsoft’s website says my game pass subscription is “All good”, but doesn’t allow me to refund it. I would really appreciate any help i can get, thank you very much

It depends it isn't a one fits all depends on the region and if its renewal or first time and how many refunds you had
