Every game I played for it on my Xbox One S says "do you own this game" I have not turned the console on in a few years, and every payed game is not letting me in. And also am in the right Microsoft acc.

Make sure you signed in with the right account you can check your purachse histery in settings or via the web at account.microsoft.com/orders
Have you tried playing the game has it might just be a display issue
Make sure your connected to the internet
Make sure your console is updated has you not used it for some time
It possible you had a gamepass unlmaite membership and those games have either left the service or your membership has ended,

Yes I had a member ship, but forza doesnt need one to play, I bought it.
