#Didn’t get rewards points for game purchase?

I can’t submit the form
When I press submit it tells me I need to complete a verification step, but when I scroll down, there is no verification. I then click submit again, where it gives me the same error, so I scroll down and now a captcha shows up, but it says successfully completed. So I click submit AGAIN, and it goes away and still gives me the error

So stupid that you can’t send screenshots in a support channel as this is very hard to explain
Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser. Lookng at your profile, you may not have gotten points due to your age. Xbox rewards are only available for 18+
My Xbox account is 18+ though, and I’ve earned points plenty of times before

Are you sure it's not just a delay?
I'd worry about this after like 3 days myself. You have your email receipt and transaction history so there's nothing to lose by waiting.
Points usually get added instantly after a purchase, so I'd be seriously weirded out by a delay of any kind.
Ok so the reason I brought that up is that recently I noticed on the purchase complete screen it said the points would be added after a couple of days.
Hm....that may be the case with BF6 because of it just coming out .. I know when I buy games that are already out, I get the points instantly.
