#Issues with download speed on Xbox

Hello.

For the past 4 days I have been struggling with the download speeds on Xbox Only ever since my household finally got theFiber connectivity. Instead of getting upwards of 300 Mbps I am getting less than 5 Mbps of download (upload speeds are unaffected).
my MTU is 1340 for the past days and today.

I have tried everything to changing cables to getting a new router and even changing mtu to no avail

This affects my multiplayer experience and download speeds.

I even wend as far as ckecking the download speeds in another address but also from the same household.
