I cant open any game because i keep getting that error i tried restarting and uninstalling and my network is fine but nothing is working what do i do

That is not a normal launch error code on Xbox

Do you have the full text of the error dialog? What are you pressing that brings up that error?

Ok. You're getting a launch error with a code that is not I'm aware of - not sure how much I can help unless you're able to file a bug:

How you can file a bug on Xbox, even if you're not an Insider!

1) Go to the Store app.
2) Search for "Xbox Insider Bundle."
3) Install.
4) Repro your issue. (Important! The logs help a lot!)
5) Hold down the Xbox button to get the power menu.
6) "Report a problem."
7) Submit!
