Hi there, i own Forza Horizon 5 on steam, however i cannot log in, on my 2nd windows logon user, the game does work, but not on this one, why is that? the game has all dependencies and services running.
#Cannot log into any XBOX games despite being logged into XBOX app.

i cannot upload any videos for some weird reason, so i can dm anyone the video if needed, its a dumb rule to have in a support channel

you can share the video though a sharing site like one drive or you can explain using words
it sounds like your trying to use a 2nd account and that will not work you need to sign into steam with the account you own the game on. If you own it on xbox or gamepass then you use the xbox app but they are separate store fronts and are not linked

i am not using a 2nd account, im saying that on my main windows logon [boot up pc, login to windows] my forza doest let me sign in, bt it does on my 2nd windows user logon, wich is a seperate account, but both logging into the same xbox account

from the video its mentiong about not been signed in with a profile. I know your trying to sign into the game but make sure your signed into xbox app and windows store with the same account, and you set up a profile,.
you also can not have the same profile on 2 accounts
