#My 360 controller isnt responding to up or down

So
I booted up raging blast 2, pressed start, tried scrolling down to the options menu
The controller stuck stuck to the bottom of the joystick boundary, and when i tried putting it back in place, it went out of place, and when i try click up or down, it goes into weird positions i didnt even move it to, if you can help, thank you

Sorry only thing u could do is replace the controller.

Especially since u taken apart the controller. Which breaks TOS
