I uninstalled Microsoft Rewards and I don't know how to reinstall it

Its under profile. Its not a separate app for over a year now

There should be a tab for rewards

Hi. Microsoft rewards has moved into the profile section of your Xbox now. The separate app has been retired and no longer needed. If you go to your profile, you should see a tab for Rewards now
