help with hacked/stolen account

hi! so someone stole my account and changed the email to it, and it asks me for a console id, which i dont have since i dont have one, i use pc, for xbox pc gamepass. the thing is they need to recover my account in this case i dont have. what do i do? im really out of luck here💔

There are ways to contact them even if you can't get into your account. Listed on the website.
