Did you activate it already?
The codes sometimes have an expiration date, but once you redeem it, that's the day the 1 month period begins
You can always check on your Xbox profile, going to My Subscriptions, it will tell you when it expires
i activated it on the 27th. I’ve check my subscriptions on my xbox profile and it says it’s expiring on the 10th of October. I could send you a picture but I don’t have perms for that
Then you should reach out either to Xbox Support (http://support.xbox.com).
Did you buy from 3rd party resellers? If they gave you the wrong card, you should reach out to them.
Did you possibly pay for a 14 day trial and not an actual month? September 27th to October 10th is 14 days, so that would make sense that that's what happened.
